  I recently purchased a new mini cooper and had a great customer experience from Elms Mini Bedford throughout the process. As this was my first time purchasing a new car I was nervous about being pressure to making decisions etc however there was none of that at all. They listen to my needs and advised accordingly which option would be best for me and most affordable. The offer they provided was good, I even went to 3 other mini dealerships to see if they could beat it and they failed. When I placed the order everything was explained clearly, all my questions answered and I was kept up to date on when the new car would be arriving. Rebecca was the sales person I was dealing with and she was great help from start to finish. Even after I picked the car up and had some questions she was happy to help. Absolutely in love with my mini. Thank you Elms Mini Bedford!
