  Found the car I want through Auto Trader, went to see the car and test-drove it. No problem. Went back a week later to pick the car up after I paid for it via bank transfer. They could not even be bothered to wash the car! It was filthy. Gave some lame excuse "I didn't know you were coming today" even though we arranged it. And then we also found a chip on the windscreen that was not there when we looked at the car initially. They also claimed the car was serviced, but the windscreen washer was completely empty, which makes me wonder if it was serviced at all, so I will need to get that done ASAP too. Fuel tank was also drained because when I test drove it, it had sufficient fuel in the tank, but when I drove away with it, I had 10 miles of fuel in the tank. Hence why I am giving this dealer a one star rating. Car is fine as far as I can tell, I will get the windscreen chip repaired myself, but the car dealer was absolutely rubbish.
