  I’m extremely disappointed with the service... I live in Hoddesdon which is a fair way to get to Bedford from their... brought an iPhone 6 unlocked for £275 poor condition to get home charge it and it’s not been factory reset someone’s password is on there and I don’t know how to contact these people as I can’t find an email for them... took it to Hertford branch and they tell me I can’t take it back there as id have to go back to Bedford!!!!! Absolute piss take

  I gave my laptop for a test, with all the ORIGINAL CD-s and DOKUMENTS. They said something wrong to the software of the keyboard. Anyway when I get the laptop back, they said they put all the warranty certificate and and CD-s to the bin so they are not able to return it back... It was a Windows 7 op. system CD a Windows 8.1 op. system CD and 3 CDs with original drivers plus the original manual and warranty.... I am very very angry and disappointed... how could that happen? :'( :'( :'( :'(: '( :'(
