  Obviously not interested in eye health as tried to give me bifocals that made my eyes worse. Never needed glasses for far away so these were useless. Staff did not give me my voucher as I left so had to return from vision express to collect this and again to get it signed. Will never recommend or return as making money rates over eye care

  I asked the Bedford store to send my glasses to another store for collection. I was assured this would be fine. Long story short, my glasses are currently sat in Bedford specsavers and I must wait another 3 days for them to arrive. It's already been 9 days since my appointment. Would have been nice if Bedford could have called me when they arrived, so I could have arranged a private courier. At least I could have guaranteed their arrival. I don't wear glasses for aesthetics, they're quite important to enable me to function. Disappointed.

  Terrible place. Far too busy, as they kept me waiting on my three visits and they rushed through all tests. How they managed to give a result for my Mothers reading ability when she wasn't able to see the letters through their lense, amazed me! As a result I decided not to go ahead with anything on her behalf. With me, I managed to get new lenses put in my own frames but clearly these guys are on commission as they tried their best to sell me some of their own branded ones, plus they tried the same with my Mother, even though I told them we didn't want to change her's either. Will not be returning to Specsavers in Bedford or any other branch again!
