  Such an amazing experince in the Virgin Store in Bedford. Spoke to the advisor Mark, origingally just for a top up for my elderly mother who is currently fighting a battle with cancer so i could keep in contact with her. Mark was very understanding and sat down with me and worked out an average of how often she would be using the phone per months and we found out that she would be topping up over £50 a month! Mark quickly explained that a 'Sim Only' would be better suited for the amount that we would be using, so he quickly and sufficently got us set up, with her exisitng number too! It didnt stop there, Mark asked who i was with for my home services and I told him i was with BT, paying a fortune! He showed me the Virgin services and i was amazed at the Value and quality of the products so we got on the phone to BT cancelled and im now awaiting my new Virgin Media services to get up and running. Im astounded but the quality of care and attention Mark gave me and am so happy that I am with Virgin for all my services!! Thank you Mark!
